Exercise has a number of positive health effects and is a crucial weapon in the fight against obesity and its associated co-morbidities, such as cardiovascular diseases. Numerous studies over many years have demonstrated the primary and secondary <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6172294\/\">benefits of regular exercise<\/a> in preventing conditions like cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), hypertension, obesity, diabetes, and early mortality.
