Refund and Cancellation Policy

A document that explains the company's policies for refunds and cancellations of linked treatment packages is known as a refund or cancellation policy. Usually, it specifies the conditions under which a customer may be entitled to a refund for the services or treatments they have paid for but cannot obtain. Through a third-party payment processor, it handles every payment received through its platform. In accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, cancellations made within the allotted time period are eligible for refunds.

Refund Policy

The refund policy of EdhaCare lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your treatment confirmation, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund of the same. Your booking will automatically get cancelled after the designated amount of time. Certain treatments or providers may require a Down Payment to be made by the user. The respective amount and cancellation policies will be displayed on the website for better clarification. If your refund has been approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund amount: The policy outlines how much of the total payment is eligible for a refund. This could be a percentage of the total cost or a fixed amount depending on the timing of the cancellation.

Special Circumstances: There is a clause in the policy that makes allowances for exceptional situations, such as medical emergencies, in which customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund even if they cancel with less notice.

Documentation: Clients may be required under the policy to present appropriate paperwork, such as medical certifications or other pertinent documents, to substantiate the reason for cancellation.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy

Our medical tourism business is dedicated to offering our customers top-notch services and attention. We are aware that occasionally cancellations are necessary due to unforeseen events. Our cancellation policy was created with fairness and openness in mind. Our top concern is you, and we work hard to meet your needs respectfully and professionally.

The following cancellation clauses should apply if the user decides to cancel giving no further explanation to EdhaCare:

The user may cancel the treatment free of charge at the latest 30 days before the appointment.

If the following conditions are met: (i) A physician finds the patient ineligible for the treatment; (ii) A physician finds the patient ineligible for travel (the patient must provide EdhaCare with a doctor's certificate stating this up to two weeks after cancellation); (iii) In the event of a natural disaster, such as an earthquake or war; or (iv) In the event of death.

The user should refer back to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein if they wish to review, cancel, or reschedule their appointment. The full name of the user, the appropriate provider, the treatment, as well as the date and time of the treatment, should be included in any notes on the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. These notes should be sent by email to: [email protected].
