A document that explains the company's policies for refunds and cancellations of linked treatment packages is known as a refund or cancellation policy. Usually, it specifies the conditions under which a customer may be entitled to a refund for the services or treatments they have paid for but cannot obtain. Through a third-party payment processor, it handles every payment received through its platform. In accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, cancellations made within the allotted time period are eligible for refunds.
The refund policy of EdhaCare lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your treatment confirmation, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Your booking will automatically get canceled after the designated amount of time. Certain treatments or providers may require a Down Payment to be made by the user. The respective amount and cancellation policies will be displayed on the website for better clarification. If your refund has been approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 15 working days.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
