Refund and Cancellation Policy

Through a third-party payment processor, it handles every payment received through its platform. In accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, cancellations made within the allotted time period are eligible for refunds.

The refund policy of EdhaCare lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your treatment confirmation, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Your booking will automatically get canceled after the designated amount of time. Certain treatments or providers may require a Down Payment to be made by the user. The respective amount and cancellation policies will be displayed on the website for better clarification. If your refund has been approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 15 working days.

• Refund amount: The policy outlines how much of the total payment is eligible for a refund. This could be a percentage of the total cost or a fixed amount depending on the timing of the cancellation.
• Special Circumstances: There is a clause in the policy that makes allowances for exceptional situations, such as medical emergencies, in which customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund even if they cancel with less notice.
