1. Pain Medication: Over-the-counter pain relievers such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) can help manage mild to moderate pain associated with endometriosis. For severe pain, stronger prescription medications may be recommended.

2. Hormonal Therapies: Hormonal treatment options, including birth control pills, hormonal patches, hormonal intrauterine devices (IUDs), and GnRH agonists, aim to suppress menstrual cycles, reduce estrogen levels, and alleviate symptoms.
